Subscription Services
Our services are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Refund Eligibility
- First 7 days: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with the service. Contact us at thiagotguimaraes3@gmail.com to request.
- After 7 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Cancellation: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
How to Request a Refund
Email thiagotguimaraes3@gmail.com with your name, account email, and reason for the refund request. Refunds approved by us are processed by Paddle and typically appear in 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where:
- Service has been substantially delivered
- Request is made after the 7-day window
- Account has violated our Terms of Service
