Welcome to TH Exponential ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide subscription-based reputation management and customer review automation services to businesses. Specific deliverables are described on our services and pricing pages.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• All payments are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and subscription management.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes collected by Paddle.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and grant necessary access (such as Google Business Profile access) required for service delivery. You are responsible for the content of review responses sent on your behalf if you approve them.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us at thiagotguimaraes3@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous three months.

6. Compliance with Platform Policies

You acknowledge that review platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) have their own terms of service. We operate within those terms and do not engage in fake reviews or review manipulation.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
